"In a word: Life-savers! That is what I'd call Five Star. My cleaning lady quit on me with no notice the weekend that I was scheduled to go out of town. I called every cleaning place I could find: One wanted to charge $125 (for a one-bedroom!). One wouldn't come unless I added them as a co-host and gave them 28% of my profits! One didn't have availability for 2 weeks. Then I called Jennifer (on a Friday night no less!). We talked for a while and I explained my situation. There is nothing like coming home to a clean house! I love how well Five Star cleans my place, even down to the tiniest details like how the pillows are arranged on the bed. And what makes it better is that unlike my other cleaning service, they are modern. They send me cleaning reminders on Google Calendar. One thing that really impresses me about Five Star is how quickly they respond to every text or phone call. I've had every issue with my airbnb guests that you can imagine: guests locked out of the apartment...guests who broke the toilet paper holder off the wall...guests who changed their arrival time last minute from 3pm to midnight and needed the key hand delivered. Every time I text Five Star, I get a reply basically immediately and their answer is always the same: "We got this!" I just love it.
